How you payお支払い方法
Invoices are billed in JPY and settle via either PayPal or Stripe — your choice. After the demo we send the appropriate payment link direct to your preferred billing contact; no account number or payee email is ever posted on the public site.請求はJPY建てで、PayPalまたはStripeのいずれかでお支払いいただけます。デモ後、ご希望の請求担当者宛にお支払いリンクを直接お送りします。当社のアカウント情報や宛先メールをサイト上に公開することはありません。

Can we start on pay-per-listing and move to a plan later?物件単位課金から始めて後で定額プランに移行できますか？
Yes. Everything carries over — listings, your agency profile, staff. We credit any unused pay-per-listing balance against your first month.はい。物件・会社プロフィール・スタッフ情報すべて引き継がれます。未使用の物件単位課金分は初月に相殺いたします。
Do you sign a kei-yakusho (Japanese-law contract)?日本法の契約書は締結できますか？
Yes. Subscriptions are governed by a bilingual SaaS agreement under Japanese law. We issue a qualified 請求書 (invoice) compatible with the invoice-storage requirements for corporate accounting.はい。サブスクリプションは日本法準拠のバイリンガルSaaS契約に基づきます。適格請求書（インボイス）を発行、企業会計の保存要件に適合します。
Is there a setup fee?初期費用はありますか？
None on Starter or Growth. Enterprise plans with custom data-feed integration quote a one-time setup that's credited back if you renew at 12 months.スターター・グロースは初期費用なし。エンタープライズでカスタムデータフィード連携を行う場合のみ初期費用を見積もりますが、12ヶ月継続で同額をクレジット還元します。
Can we cancel anytime?いつでも解約できますか？
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billed month. Annual plans cancel at the next renewal. Pay-per-listing is pre-paid per listing — no cancellation needed.月額プランは請求月末で解約、年額プランは次回更新時に解約いただけます。物件単位課金は物件ごと前払いのため解約手続き不要です。
