Yokan G.K. (予感合同会社, "we") operates Sumato Search, Yokan.ai, and related services. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we don't do.
予感合同会社（以下「当社」）が運営するSumato Search、Yokan.ai、および関連サービスにおいて、収集する情報、その目的、および当社が行わないことについて説明します。
What we collect収集する情報
- Account data — email, username, hashed password, role. Required to sign you in. アカウント情報 — メールアドレス、ユーザー名、ハッシュ化されたパスワード、権限。ログインに必要です。
- Content you create — saved listings, favorites, viewing requests, uploaded PDFs (rental applications, contracts), AI-generated analysis. Stored only for your account. 作成されたコンテンツ — 保存した物件、お気に入り、内見予約、アップロードされたPDF（賃貸申込書、契約書など）、AIによる分析結果。ご自身のアカウントに紐づけて保管します。
- Operational logs — IP address, user-agent, timestamps for rate-limiting, abuse prevention, and debugging. Retained up to 90 days. 運用ログ — レート制限・不正利用防止・デバッグ目的でIPアドレス、ユーザーエージェント、タイムスタンプを記録します。保存期間は最長90日間です。
Cookiesクッキー
We use only essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a language preference cookie. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics.
当社は必要最小限のクッキーのみを使用します — サインイン維持のためのセッションクッキー、および言語設定のクッキーです。広告用クッキー、クロスサイトトラッキングクッキー、サードパーティ解析は使用しません。
Chatチャット
The chat widget uses local storage, not a cookie, to keep your conversation connected across page loads — a conversation id, and, only if you provide them, your name and email. Messages you send are transmitted to and stored by Yokan G.K.'s own chat platform, encrypted in transit and at rest, so a real person can read and reply.
チャットは、ページ遷移後も会話を継続するためにローカルストレージ（クッキーではありません）を使用します — 会話ID、および入力いただいた場合のみお名前とメールアドレスです。送信されたメッセージはYokan合同会社が運営するチャットプラットフォームに送信・保存され、通信時および保存時に暗号化されます。担当者が内容を確認し、返信いたします。
AI processingAI処理
AI-assisted features (PDF Tools, Contract Analysis, AI Brief, similar-listing search) run on yokan.ai, our in-house AI developed and operated by Yokan G.K. on hardware in Japan. Your documents are read by yokan.ai inside our infrastructure — no cloud middleware, no training on customer data, no third-party retention. You can choose not to use AI features at any time.
AI支援機能（PDFツール、契約分析、AIブリーフ、類似物件検索）は、予感合同会社が日本国内のハードウェアで開発・運用する自社AI yokan.ai によって処理されます。アップロード書類はyokan.aiが当社インフラ内で読み取ります — クラウド中継なし、顧客データによる学習なし、サードパーティ保管なし。AI機能の利用は任意です。
What we do not do行わないこと
- We do not sell your data.個人情報を第三者に販売することはありません。
- We do not serve advertising or share data with advertisers.広告配信、および広告事業者へのデータ提供は行いません。
- We do not use your account data to train third-party AI models.ご利用データをサードパーティのAIモデル学習に使用することはありません。
Securityセキュリティ
All traffic is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Passwords are hashed with Werkzeug's industry-standard scheme. Session cookies are HTTP-only, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. Uploaded documents are stored on encrypted volumes; access is gated by your authenticated session.
通信はHSTS付きのHTTPSで保護されています。パスワードはWerkzeugの業界標準方式でハッシュ化されています。セッションクッキーはHttpOnly・Secure・SameSite=Laxです。アップロード書類は暗号化ボリュームに保管され、認証済みセッションからのみアクセス可能です。
